Embodying Conscious Femininity Dream Groups In our dream groups, one has the opportunity to learn the language and symbolism of dreams, to explore and interpret one's own dreams and to learn from the dreamwork of others. 1. Introductory Dream Group This group is for women who have done little or no dreamwork. 2. Embodied Conscious Femininity Dream Group This group is for women who have experienced several introductory group series and/or have experienced Embodied Conscious Femininity workshops or intensives. 3. Dream Group for Couples In this group we focus on the dreams, symbols and imagery of relationships and intimacy. This dream group is open to men and women. 4. Dream Group for Men This dream group is for men who are interested in exploring conscious femininity (their values, feelings and authenticity) within themselves, by working with their dreams. In each of our four dream groups we will explore dreams and dream images using symbol, metaphor, myth, movement and active imagination. The groups are primarily experiential, although teaching is included as questions emerge. We will use Marion Woodman's teachings on CD, and Sandtray therapy with our symbols. There is required reading for all groups (Inner Work by Robert Johnson and The Art of Dreaming by Jill Mellick). Some dream groups are ongoing and others are scheduled according to demand. To Mother To Daughter Mothers and Daughters - Learning From Each Other in the Pre-Teen Years (10-12)
In this workshop, Sil Reynolds and her 17-year-old daughter Eliza lead mothers and their 10- to 12-year-old daughters in a weekend of initiation, communication, and celebration.We take the time to nourish our relationship and learn how to respect and understand each other more completely. Through ritual, storytelling, art, and exercises in communication, we gain tools that build bridges and keep those bridges strong through the pre-teen and teens years. July 23 - 25, 2010 at the Esalen Institute, Big Sur, California October 15 - 17, 2010 at the Omega Institute, Rhinebeck, New York Mothers and Daughters - Learning From Each Other in the Teen Years (13-15) In this workshop, Sil Reynolds and her 19-year-old daughter Eliza lead mothers and their 13 to 15-year-old daughters in a weekend of initiation, communication, and celebration. We take the time to nourish our relationship and learn how to respect and understand each other more completely. Through ritual, storytelling, art, and exercises in communication, we gain tools that build bridges and keep those bridges strong through the teen years. Mothers have time with Sil to address issues of motherhood, mentoring, and letting go. Daughters have time with Eliza to express their feelings and share their vision. As a group, mothers and daughters learn new ways of being together in mutual respect and love. Together, we honor all women who came before us, and all those who will follow us.
